HOW IT WORKS
VOLUME BASED PRICE MODEL:
Our pricing is based on the amount of space your items take up in our truck. When we arrive, we load everything for you, and you only pay for the portion of the truck you fill. Our rates are divided into quarters, with each quarter-truck load including 30 minutes of labor.

Our trucks hold up to 14 cubic yards—the same capacity used by leading companies in the industry.
SURCHARGES:
Additional factors like accessibility, hazardous material removal, and extra labor may incur surcharges based on the load.
We apply a recycling fee for specific items such as mattresses, box springs, and tires.

For heavy materials like dirt, gravel, cement, and sand, pricing is also volume-based but charged at 2x the standard rate due to the extra weight.
Drywall pricing varies: date-stamped drywall is charged at 1.5x the regular rate, while non-stamped drywall is priced at 2x and requires accompanying testing results and paperwork. Please see here for jobs containing drywall.
